Qualcomm (QCOM) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.53 per common share, payable on June 22, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2016. The new dividend rate, originally announced at the Company's annual meeting on March 8, represents a 10% increase above the prior quarterly dividend.
Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (SKT) approved a 14.0% increase in the annual dividend on its common shares from $1.14 per share to $1.30 per share. Simultaneously, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.325 per share for the first quarter ended March 31, 2016. This cash dividend will be payable on May 13, 2016 to holders of record on April 29, 2016.
H.B. Fuller Company (FUL) voted to increase the Company's regular quarterly dividend from $0.13 per share of common stock to $0.14 per share of common stock. This represents an 8 percent increase over the prior quarterly dividend and marks the 47th consecutive year in which the Company has increased its dividend. The dividend is payable on May 5, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 21, 2016.
RPM International (RPM) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.275 per share, payable on April 29, 2016 to stockholders of record as of April 18, 2016.
R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD) announced a regular quarterly dividend of 26 cents per common share. The dividend is payable June 1, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 13, 2016.
Northwest Natural Gas Company (NNWN) has declared a quarterly dividend of 46.75 cents per share on the Company's common stock. The dividends will be paid May 13, 2016 to shareholders of record on April 29, 2016. The Company's indicated annual dividend rate is $1.87 per share.
