SDS, XMLV: Big ETF Inflows Monday, February 22, 10:46 AM ET
Comparing units outstanding versus one week ago at the coverage universe of ETFs at ETF Channel, the biggest inflow was seen in the ProShares UltraShort S&P500 (SDS), which added 5,300,000 units, or a 8.7% increase week over week.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest increase in inflows was the PowerShares S&P MidCap Low Volatility Portfolio (XMLV), which added 1,900,000 units, for a 38.8% increase in outstanding units. Among the largest underlying components of XMLV, in morning trading today Renaissancere Holdings (RNR) is up about 0.8%, and American Financial Group (AFG) is relatively unchanged.
