Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) announced its first quarter dividend will be $0.85 per share, up 13% from $0.75 per share in the fourth quarter of 2015. ICE expects the annual dividend for 2016 to be $3.40 per share, subject to quarterly board authorization.

AvalonBay Communities (AVB) declared a dividend for the first quarter of 2016 of $1.35 per share on the Company's common stock. The declared dividend is an 8.0% increase over the Company's prior quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2016 to common stockholders of record as of March 31, 2016.

Harley-Davidson (HOG) has approved a cash dividend of $0.35 per share for the first quarter of 2016, an increase of 12.9% compared to the fourth-quarter 2015 dividend of $0.31 per share. The dividend is payable March 4, 2016, to the holders of record of the Company's common stock on Feb. 17, 2016.

Xylem declared a dividend in the amount of $0.1549 per share, an increase of 10 percent. The dividend is payable on March 16, 2016 to shareholders of record as of February 18, 2016.

Orbital ATK (OA) has declared a 15 percent increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.30 per share, up from $0.26 per share. The dividend will be payable March 24, 2016 to stockholders of record as of March 7, 2016.

Union Pacific Corporation (UNP) declared a quarterly dividend of 55 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable March 31, 2016, to shareholders of record February 29, 2016.

Delta Air Lines (DAL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 17, 2016 and will be paid on March 9, 2016.

Capital One Financial Corporation (COF) announced a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share payable February 26, 2016 to stockholders of record as of February 16, 2016.
