GNC Holdings (GNC) authorized and declared the quarterly cash dividend for the first quarter of 2016 of $0.20 per share of the Company's common stock, representing an 11.1% increase over its prior quarterly dividend. The dividend will be paid on or about March 25, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 11, 2016.

Church & Dwight (CHD) declared a 6% increase in the regular quarterly dividend from $0.335 to $0.355 per share, equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.42 per share. The quarterly dividend will be payable March 1, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 16, 2016.

The Meredith Corporation (MDP) increased its regular dividend 8.2 percent to $1.98 on an annualized basis, an increase of $0.15 per share. The next dividend will be $0.4950 per share and is payable on March 15, 2016, to shareholders of record on February 29, 2016.

Emerson (EMR) declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of forty-seven and a half cents per share of common stock payable March 10, 2016, to stockholders of record February 12, 2016.

Aflac declared the first quarter cash dividend of $.41 per share which is payable on March 1, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 16, 2016.

Rockwell Collins (COL) has declared a quarterly dividend of 33 cents per share on its common stock, payable March 7, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 16, 2016.
