Kinder Morgan (KMI) approved an increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.51 payable on Nov. 13, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 2, 2015. This represents a 16 percent increase over the third quarter 2014 dividend of $0.44 per share and is up from $0.49 per share for the second quarter of 2015.

Rogers Communications declared a quarterly dividend totalling 48 cents per share on each of its outstanding Class B Non-Voting shares and Class A Voting shares. The quarterly dividend will be paid on January 4, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 11, 2015.

Seagate Technology (STX) has approved a 17 percent increase in the company's targeted regular cash dividend. The targeted annual dividend will increase from $2.16 to $2.52 per share and will continue to be paid quarterly. The first payment at the new quarterly rate of $0.63 per share is scheduled to be paid on November 20, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 6, 2015.

Huntington Bancshares (HBAN) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.07 per common share, a 17% increase over the prior quarter. The dividend is payable January 4, 2016, to shareholders of record on December 21, 2015.

StanCorp Financial Group (SFG) declared an annual cash dividend of $1.40 per common share, payable November 30, 2015, to shareholders of record on November 10, 2015. The annual cash dividend of $1.40 per share represents a 7.7% increase over the dividend of $1.30 per share paid in 2014.

Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) has declared a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2015 of $0.75 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 8, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 24, 2015. The ex-dividend date is November 20, 2015.

Bank of America Corporation declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on Bank of America common stock of $0.05 per share, payable December 24 to shareholders of record as of December 4. The board also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.75 per share on the 7 percent Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, Series B. The dividend is payable January 25, 2016 to shareholders of record as of January 11, 2016.

Citigroup declared a quarterly dividend on Citigroup's common stock of $0.05 per share, payable on November 25, 2015 to stockholders of record on November 2, 2015.

DuPont declared a fourth quarter common stock dividend of 38 cents per share payable Dec. 14, 2015, to stockholders of record Nov. 13, 2015. Regular quarterly dividends of $1.12-1/2 per share on the $4.50 series preferred stock and $0.87-1/2 cents per share on the $3.50 series preferred stock also were declared, both payable Jan. 25, 2016, to stockholders of record Jan. 8, 2016.

Baker Hughes (BHI) declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share of common stock payable December 24, 2015 to holders of record on December 3, 2015.

The Sherwin-Williams Company (SHW) announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.67 per common share, payable on December 4, 2015, to shareholders of record on November 13, 2015.
