Packaging Corporation of America (PKG) has approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share on its common stock. The quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share will be paid to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2015 with a payment date of October 15, 2015.

Lamar Advertising Company (LAMR) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.69 per share payable on September 30, 2015 to stockholders of record of Lamar's Class A common stock and Class B common stock on September 16, 2015.
