Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (MJN) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.4125 per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2015. The dividend will be paid on October 1, 2015, to shareholders of record at close of business on September 14, 2015.

Tyco International (TYC) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.205 per share for the first quarter of fiscal 2016, payable on Nov. 12, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of NYSE trading on Oct. 23, 2015.

Nucor declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.3725 per share on Nucor's common stock. This cash dividend is payable on November 10, 2015 to stockholders of record on September 30, 2015, and is Nucor's 170th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
