MB Financial (MBFI) has declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per share, payable on September 30, 2015 to holders of record of the Company's common stock as of September 15, 2015.

WesBanco (WSBC) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share to be paid to its holders of common stock. Todd F. Clossin, President and Chief Executive Officer of the multi-state bank holding company headquartered in Wheeling, West Virginia, said that the dividend would be payable on October 1, 2015 to shareholders of record on September 11, 2015.

The Andersons (ANDE) announced a fourth quarter 2015 cash dividend of 14 cents per share payable October 22, 2015, to shareholders of record on October 1, 2015.

Universal Insurance Holdings (UVE) declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock to be paid on October 8, 2015 to shareholders of record on September 23, 2015.

Harris Corporation (HRS) has increased the quarterly cash dividend by six percent from 47 cents per share to 50 cents per share and declared a quarterly cash dividend of 50 cents per share, payable September 24, 2015 to shareholders of record September 11, 2015.

Wilshire Bancorp (WIBC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per common share. The dividend will be paid to all stockholders of record as of September 30, 2015, payable on October 15, 2015.
