DIA, UDOW: Big ETF Inflows Wednesday, July 8, 10:47 AM ET
Comparing units outstanding versus one week ago at the coverage universe of ETFs at ETF Channel, the biggest inflow was seen in the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF (DIA), which added 4,750,000 units, or a 7.5% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of DIA, in morning trading today Goldman Sachs Group (GS) is down about 1.1%, and International Business Machines (IBM) is lower by about 0.8%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest increase in inflows was the ProShares UltraPro Dow30 (UDOW), which added 500,000 units, for a 27.8% increase in outstanding units. Among the largest underlying components of UDOW, in morning trading today 3M Company (MMM) is down about 1.1%, and American Express Company (AXP) is lower by about 1.2%.
