Delta Air Lines (DAL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 7, 2015 and will be paid on August 28, 2015.

Norfolk Southern Corporation (NSC) announced the regular quarterly dividend of 59 cents per share on its common stock, payable on Sept. 10 to stockholders of record on Aug. 7.

The Macerich Company (MAC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.65 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on September 8, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2015.

CenterPoint Energy (CNP) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.2475 per share of common stock payable on Sept. 10, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 14, 2015.

PartnerRe (PRE) has declared a dividend of $0.70 per common share. The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2015, to common shareholders of record on August 7, 2015.

Woodward (WWD) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on August 31, 2015, for stockholders of record as of August 17, 2015.

Diebold (DBD) declared a third-quarter cash dividend of 28.75 cents per share on all common shares. The dividend is payable on Friday, Sept. 18 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, Aug. 28.
