Constellation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share of Class A Common Stock and $0.28 per share of Class B Common Stock, payable on August 25, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 11, 2015.
McCormick & Company (MKC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share on its common stocks payable July 27, 2015, to shareholders of record on July 13, 2015.
American Financial Group (AFG) declared a regular dividend of $0.25 per share of American Financial Group Common Stock. The dividend is payable on July 27, 2015 to holders of record on July 15, 2015.
Watsco (WSO) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 70 cents on each outstanding share of its Common and Class B common stock. This represents a 17% increase in the quarterly dividend rate versus a year ago. The cash dividend is payable on July 31, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2015.
