Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY) has authorized an increase of the company's dividend to an annual rate of $3.00 per share, from the previous annual rate of $2.88 per share.

Cardinal Health approved a 13 percent increase in the company's quarterly dividend to $0.3870 per share, or $1.55 per share on an annualized basis. The quarterly dividend is payable on July 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2015.

AmerisourceBergen Corporation (ABC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per common share, payable June 1, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2015.

Nordstrom (JWN) approved a quarterly dividend of 37 cents per share payable on June 12, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2015.

CA Technologies (CA) has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on June 16, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 28, 2015.

Tyson Foods (TSN) declared the quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on Class A common stock and $0.09 per share on Class B common stock, payable on September 15, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2015.

International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.47 per share of the Company's common stock, payable on July 7, 2015 to shareholders of record as of June 26, 2015.
