Danaher Corporation (DHR) has approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share payable on July 31, 2015 to holders of record on June 26, 2015.

The Allstate Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of 30 cents on each outstanding share of the corporation's common stock, payable in cash on July 1, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2015.

Omnicom Group (OMC) declared a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per outstanding share of the corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on July 10, 2015 to Omnicom Group common shareholders of record at the close of business on June 12, 2015.
