Friday 3/6 Insider Buying Report: HTWO, TTS Friday, March 6, 1:46 PM ET
As the saying goes, there are many possible reasons for an insider to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy -- they expect to make money. So let's look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.
At HF2 Financial Management (HTWO), a filing with the SEC revealed that on Wednesday, EVP, CFO, Secretary R. Bradley Forth purchased 47,708 shares of HTWO, for a cost of $10.50 each, for a total investment of $500,934. HF2 Financial Management is trading up about 3.5% on the day Friday.
And also on Wednesday, Director Peter J. Jacullo III purchased $317,500 worth of Tile Shop Holdings (TTS), purchasing 30,000 shares at a cost of $10.58 a piece. Before this latest buy, Jacullo III purchased TTS at 6 other times during the past year, for a total cost of $1.22M at an average of $9.41 per share. Tile Shop Holdings is trading down about 0.1% on the day Friday. So far Jacullo III is in the green, up about 5.6% on their purchase based on today's trading high of $11.18.
