Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 28.0 cents per share on the company's common stock, an increase of approximately 17 percent from the prior quarterly rate, resulting in estimated annual dividend payments of $0.7 billion in 2015.

The dividend is payable on March 10, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 17, 2015.

Church & Dwight Co. (CHD) declared an 8% increase in the regular quarterly dividend from $0.31 to $0.335 per share, equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.34 per share. The quarterly dividend will be payable March 2, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2015.

Meredith Corporation (MDP) increased its regular quarterly dividend 6 percent to $0.4575 per share, or $1.83 on an annual basis. The new quarterly dividend will be payable on March 13, 2015, to shareholders of record on February 27, 2015.

MasterCard (MA) has declared a quarterly cash dividend to holders of shares of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The cash dividend of 16 cents per share will be paid on May 8, 2015 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of April 9, 2015.

Emerson (EMR) declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of forty-seven cents ($0.47) per share of common stock payable March 10, 2015, to stockholders of record February 13, 2015.

Tyson Foods (TSN) declared the quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on Class A common stock and $0.09 per share on Class B common stock, payable on June 15, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2015.

Rockwell Collins (COL) has declared a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share on its common stock, payable March 9, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 17, 2015.

Wabtec Corporation (WAB) declared its regular quarterly dividend of 6 cents per share, payable on Feb. 27, 2015 to holders of record on Feb. 13, 2015.
