Daily Dividend Report: TD, CM, CB, PLD, KSS, ESS, TMO, ACE, CI Thursday, February 26, 1:13 PM ET The Toronto-Dominion Bank announced that a dividend in an amount of fifty-one cents per fully paid common share in the capital stock of the Bank has been declared for the quarter ending April 30, 2015, payable on and after April 30, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 7, 2015. This represents an increase in the quarterly dividend of 4 cents or 9 percent compared with last quarter.
CIBC (CM) declared a dividend of $1.06 per share on common shares for the quarter ending April 30, 2015 payable on April 28, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 27, 2015.
The Chubb Corporation (CB) declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.57 per share payable April 1, 2015 to shareholders of record on March 13, 2015.
Prologis (PLD) approved a plan to raise the company's annualized dividend level by 9 percent to $1.44 per share of common stock. The board declared a dividend of $0.36 per share on the company's common stock, an increase of 9 percent over the December 2014 quarterly common stock dividend, payable March 31, 2015, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on March 18, 2015.
Kohl's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.45 per share, a 15% increase over its prior dividend. The dividend is payable March 25, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2015.
Essex Property Trust (ESS) has approved a $0.56 per share annualized increase to its regular cash dividend. The first quarter dividend distribution, payable on April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2015, will be $1.44 per share. The declared dividend represents a 10.8% increase over the Company's prior quarterly dividend. On an annualized basis, the dividend represents a distribution of $5.76 per common share.
Thermo Fisher Scientific (TMO) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share. The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as of March 16, 2015.
ACE Limited (ACE) declared a quarterly dividend equal to $0.65 per share payable on April 21, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2015, subject to a required filing with the Swiss Commercial Register.
And, Cigna Corporation (CI) declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per share of Cigna common stock, payable on April 10, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 12, 2015.
