Broadcom Corporation (BRCM) announced it will pay its next quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share to holders of the Company's common stock. The $0.14 dividend was declared by the Board of Directors on January 28, 2015 and will be paid on March 2, 2015 to holders of record of the Company's Class A and Class B common stock at the close of business on February 13, 2015.

HCP (HCP) declared an increased quarterly cash dividend of $0.565 per share on its common stock, compared with $0.545 per share in the previous quarter. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on February 24, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 9, 2015.

FIS (FIS) has approved an 8 percent increase in the quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share from $0.24 per share. The dividend is payable March 31, 2015, to FIS shareholders of record as of close of business on March 17, 2015.

Xerox (XRX) has declared a 12 percent increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.07 per share on Xerox common stock. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2015 to shareholders of record on March 31, 2014.

And, DuPont declared a first quarter common stock dividend of 47 cents per share payable March 13, 2015, to stockholders of record February 13, 2015. This dividend is the same as what was paid in the fourth quarter 2014.
