Automatic Data Processing (ADP) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 49 cents per share payable April 1, 2015 to shareholders of record on March 13, 2015.

American Electric Power (AEP) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 53 cents a share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable March 10, 2015, to shareholders of record as of Feb. 10, 2015, and is the company's 419th consecutive quarterly common stock cash dividend.

Baker Hughes (BHI) declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share of common stock payable March 25, 2015, to holders of record on March 4, 2015.

And, Brown & Brown (BRO) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share. The dividend is payable on February 18, 2015 to shareholders of record on February 4, 2015.
