Senior Housing Properties Trust (SNH) announced it has declared a regular quarterly common share dividend of $0.39 per common share. The next quarterly dividend will be paid to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 23, 2015 and distributed on or about February 24, 2015.

Cabot Corporation (CBT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share on all outstanding shares of the Corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 13, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2015.

EMCOR Group (EME) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share. The dividend will be paid on January 30, 2015 to stockholders of record as of January 23, 2015.

Atlas Pipeline Partners (APL) has approved the 2014 fourth quarter distribution for its common limited partner units. The Partnership has declared a quarterly cash distribution for the fourth quarter of 2014 of $0.64 per common limited partner unit, payable Friday, February 13, 2015 to holders of record as of Wednesday, January 21, 2015.

And, Select Income REIT (SIR) announced a regular quarterly common share distribution of $0.48 per common share. This distribution will be paid to holders of record of common shares as of the close of business on January 23, 2015 and will be distributed on or about February 24, 2015.
