The S&P 500, Dow Jones Industrial Average, and NASDAQ Composite are lower in afternoon trading on Monday. Some of the most actively traded stocks include Bank of America (BAC) down 0.5%, Apple (AAPL) down 2.5%, DryShips (DRYS) lower by 21%, and Halliburton (HAL) down 4.1%.

In overseas trading, Japan's Nikkei 225 Stock Average was higher, up 0.08%, and the Hang Seng was also higher, up 0.19%. In Europe, the FTSE 100 was lower by 1.05% and the German DAX was down 0.72% today.
In economic news, Wholesale Inventories is released tomorrow, Initial Claims, Retail Sales, and Business Inventories on Thursday, and PPI on Friday.
Some of the companies releasing earnings this week include: Burlington Stores (BURL) on Tuesday, Men's Wearhouse (MW) on Wednesday, Lululemon Athletica (LULU) on Thursday, and NQ Mobile (NQ) on Friday.
