Eastman Chemical (EMN) has increased the quarterly cash dividend by 14 percent to $0.40 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable January 2, 2015 to stockholders of record as of December 15, 2014.

Omnicare (OCR) announced an increase to its quarterly dividend. Omnicare approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share on the Company's common stock, reflecting a 10% increase over the previous quarterly cash dividend rate of $0.20 per share. The dividend is payable on December 26, 2014 to all stockholders of record on December 16, 2014.

Cameco (CCJ) has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share, payable on January 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2014.

Medtronic (MDT) approved a cash dividend of $0.305 per share of the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on January 16, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 2, 2015.

The Chubb Corporation (CB) declared a regular quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.50 per share payable January 6, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 19, 2014.

Tyco International (TYC) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, payable on February 18, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 23, 2015.

Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (MJN) has declared a regular quarterly common stock dividend of $0.375 per share for the quarter ending December 31, 2014. The dividend will be paid on January 2, 2015, to shareholders of record at close of business on December 15, 2014.

Bunge Limited (BG) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.34 per common share. The dividend is payable on March 2, 2015 to shareholders of record on February 17, 2015.

And, Quest Diagnostics (DGX) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share, payable on January 28, 2015 to shareholders of record of Quest Diagnostics common stock on January 13, 2015.
