Graco (GGG) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 30 cents per common share, an increase of 9 percent, payable on February 4, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 20, 2015.

South Jersey Industries (SJI) voted to increase the company's regular quarterly dividend from $0.4725 per share to $0.5025 per share. The new annualized dividend of $2.01 represents an increase of $0.12 per share over the previous level. The dividend is payable December 30, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business December 22, 2014.

Prologis (PLD) declared a dividend of $0.33 per share of the company's common stock, payable Dec. 31, 2014, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 17, 2014.
