IWM, FEM: Big ETF Inflows Friday, November 7, 1:55 PM ET
Comparing units outstanding versus one week ago at the coverage universe of ETFs at ETF Channel, the biggest inflow was seen in the iShares Russell 2000 ETF (IWM), which added 12,050,000 units, or a 5.4% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of IWM, in morning trading today Puma Biotechnology (PBYI) is off about 2.6%, and Isis Pharmaceuticals (ISIS) is lower by about 5.6%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest increase in inflows was the First Trust Emerging Markets AlphaDEX Fund (FEM), which added 5,500,000 units, for a 32.1% increase in outstanding units. Among the largest underlying components of FEM, in morning trading today Tal Education Group (XRS) is down about 0.3%, and Bitauto Holdings (BITA) is lower by about 1.1%.
