Universal Insurance Holdings (UVE) has declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock to be paid on December 15, 2014 to the shareholders of record as of December 5, 2014. The $0.25 per share dividend includes the expected $0.10 per share fourth quarter dividend, in line with the dividends paid for each of the first three quarters of 2014, and an additional special dividend of $0.15 per share. With the total fourth quarter dividend, the Company's cash dividends in 2014 will total $0.55 per share.
Goldcorp (GG) declared its eleventh monthly dividend payment for 2014 of $0.05 per share. Shareholders of record at the close of business on Thursday, November 20, 2014 will be entitled to receive payment of this dividend on Friday, November 28, 2014.
Pitney Bowes (PBI) has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.1875 cents per share. The dividend will be paid on December 12, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 21, 2014.
Primerica (PRI) approved payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for the third quarter of 2014. The dividend will be payable on December 16, 2014 to stockholders of record as of November 20, 2014.
CEB (CEB) approved a cash dividend on its common stock for the fourth quarter of 2014 of $0.2625 per share. The dividend is payable on Dec. 31, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 12, 2014.
And, Chemed (CHE) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 22 cents per share on the Company's capital stock, payable on December 8, 2014, to shareholders of record as of November 17, 2014. This represents the 174th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 43 years as a public company.
