Rockwell Automation (ROK) declared a quarterly dividend of 65 cents per share on its common stock, payable on Dec. 10, 2014 to shareowners of record at the close of business on Nov. 17, 2014.

Whole Foods Market (WFM) declared an increase in the Company's quarterly dividend to $0.13 per share from $0.12 per share, representing an annual return to shareholders of approximately $188 million. The next dividend is payable on January 27, 2015 to shareholders of record as of January 16, 2015.

CDW (CDW) declared a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.0675 per share will be made on December 10 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 25, 2014. On an annual basis, CDW's dividend per share is now $0.27 per share, up 59 percent from the previous annual dividend of $0.17 per share.

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) declared a cash dividend of 24.0 cents per share on the company's common stock payable Dec. 11, 2014, to Stockholders of record Nov. 20, 2014.

CME Group declared a fourth-quarter dividend of $0.47 per share, payable December 26, 2014, to shareholders of record as of December 10, 2014.

Cardinal Health approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.3425 per share, payable Jan. 15, 2015, to shareholders of record on Jan. 2, 2015.

KLA-Tencor Corporation (KLAC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share on its common stock payable on December 1, 2014 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 17, 2014.

And, AMETEK (AME) declared a regular quarterly dividend of nine cents per share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2014. The fourth quarter dividend is payable December 19, 2014, to shareholders of record as of December 5, 2014.
