Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan has declared a quarterly dividend of US $0.35 per share payable February 5, 2015 to shareholders of record January 15, 2015.

Motorola Solutions (MSI) has approved a regular quarterly dividend of 34 cents per share payable in cash on Jan. 15, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 15, 2014.

Viacom Inc. (VIAB) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share on both its Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2014.
