NIKE (NKE) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share on the Company's outstanding Class A and Class B Common Stock. The $0.28 quarterly dividend, which is payable on January 5, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2014, represents a 17 percent increase over the previous quarterly rate of $0.24.
Agilent Technologies (A) announced that a quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share of common stock will be paid on Jan. 28, 2015, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on Jan. 6, 2015.
Flowers Foods (FLO) announced a $0.05 increase in the annual dividend rate, which raises the rate from $0.48 to $0.53 per share, a 10.4% increase. Union Pacific Corporation (UNP) has declared a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share on its common stock, payable January 2, 2015, to stockholders of record December 2, 2014.
And, FedEx Corporation (FDX) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on FedEx Corporation common stock. The dividend is payable January 2, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2014.
