Group 1 Automotive (GPI) declared a cash dividend of $0.19 per share for the third quarter of 2014. The dividend, which represents an increase of 11.8 percent, or $0.02 per share, from the second quarter of 2014, will be payable on December 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2014.

Molson Coors Brewing Company (TAP) declared a regular quarterly dividend on its Class A and Class B common shares of US$0.37 per share, payable December 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on November 26, 2014.

KeyCorp (KEY) declared a cash dividend of $0.065 per share on the corporation's outstanding common shares. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2014 to holders of record of such common shares as of the close of business on December 2, 2014.

Wyndham Worldwide (WYN) declared a cash dividend of $0.35 per share on its common stock, payable December 16, 2014 to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2014.

Martin Marietta Materials (MLM) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share on the Corporation's common stock. This dividend, which represents a cash dividend of $1.60 per share on an annualized basis, is payable December 31, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2014.

And, Scripps Networks Interactive (SNI) has declared a quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share payable on Dec. 10, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 28, 2014.
