Raytheon Company (RTN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.605 per outstanding share of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on Feb. 5, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Jan. 7, 2015.

Northrop Grumman Corporation (NOC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.70 per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, payable Dec. 17, 2014, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Dec. 1, 2014.

AvalonBay Communities (AVB) declared a cash dividend on the Company's Common Stock for the fourth quarter of 2014. The Common Stock dividend is $1.16 per share and is payable January 15, 2015 to all Common Stockholders of Record as of December 31, 2014.
