Valero Energy Partners GP, the general partner of Valero Energy Partners (VLP), has approved the Partnership's third quarter 2014 cash distribution of $0.24 per unit. This distribution represents an increase of $0.0175 per unit, or nearly eight percent, over the Partnership's previous quarterly distribution. The distribution is payable on November 12, 2014 to unitholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2014.
