Visa (V) declared a quarterly dividend in the aggregate amount of $0.48 per share of class A common stock, determined in the case of class B and class C common stock on an as-converted basis, payable on December 2, 2014, to all holders of record of the Company's class A, class B and class C common stock as of November 14, 2014. The quarterly dividend increase raises the annual dividend rate from $1.60 per share to $1.92 per share.
Enbridge (ENB) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per common share, payable on December 1, 2014 to shareholders of record on November 14, 2014.
Seagate Technology (STX) has approved a 26 percent increase in the Company's targeted regular cash dividend. The targeted annual dividend will increase from $1.72 to $2.16 per share and will continue to be paid quarterly. The first payment at the new quarterly rate of $0.54 per share is scheduled to be paid on November 25, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 11, 2014.
Parker Hannifin (PH) increased the company's regular quarterly cash dividend to 63 cents per share of common stock payable December 5, 2014 to shareholders of record as of November 10, 2014. This represents a 31 percent increase over the previous quarterly dividend of 48 cents per common share.
Citigroup declared a quarterly dividend on Citigroup's common stock of $0.01 per share, payable on November 26, 2014 to stockholders of record on November 3, 2014.
