Allergan has declared a third quarter dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on December 11, 2014 to stockholders of record on November 20, 2014.

Delta Air Lines (DAL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 7, 2014, and will be paid on Dec. 1, 2014.

Kellogg Company (K) declared a dividend of $0.49 per share on the common stock of the Company. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2014 to shareowners of record at the close of business on December 1, 2014. The ex-dividend date is November 26, 2014.

Polaris Industries (PII) announced the declaration of a regular quarterly $0.48 per share cash dividend payable on December 15, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2014.

Harris Corporation (HRS) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 47 cents per share on the common stock, payable December 5, 2014 to shareholders of record November 20, 2014.

Noble Corporation (NE) has scheduled the payment of the Company's quarterly cash dividend of $0.375 per share. The ex-dividend date for this payment is expected to be October 30, 2014, with a record date of November 3, 2014 and a payment date of November 13, 2014.

And, GNC Holdings authorized and declared the quarterly cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2014 of $0.16 per share of the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about December 26, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 12, 2014.
