Daily Dividend Report: KRFT, PAA, PAGP, GEL, MMS, CMRE, CODI Wednesday, October 8, 4:05 PM ET Kraft Foods Group (KRFT) approved an increase in the company's quarterly dividend to $0.55 per share of common stock, an increase of approximately 5 percent versus the prior rate of $0.525 per share. This dividend is payable on Oct. 31, 2014 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 17, 2014.
Plains All American Pipeline (PAA) and Plains GP Holdings (PAGP) announced their quarterly cash distributions. The distributions will be payable on November 14, 2014 to holders of record of each security at the close of business on October 31, 2014. PAA increased its quarterly cash distribution to $0.6600 per unit on all of its outstanding limited partner units. This distribution represents an increase of 10.0% over the quarterly distribution of $0.6000 per unit paid in November 2013 and an increase of 2.3% over the quarterly distribution of $0.6450 per unit paid in August 2014.
PAGP increased its quarterly cash distribution to $0.19075 per Class A share on all of its outstanding Class A shares. This distribution represents an increase of 28.0% over the initial quarterly distribution rate of $0.14904 per Class A share included in PAGP's IPO prospectus and an increase of 4.0% over the quarterly distribution of $0.1834 per Class A share paid in August 2014.
Genesis Energy (GEL) will pay a regular quarterly distribution of $0.58 per Common Unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. The distribution will be paid on November 14, 2014, to Common Unitholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2014. This distribution represents an increase of approximately 11.0% over the third quarter 2013 quarterly distribution of $0.5225 per unit, and an approximate 2.7% increase over the distribution paid with respect to the second quarter of 2014.
MAXIMUS (MMS) has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.045 per share, payable on November 28, 2014 to shareholders of record on November 14, 2014.
Costamare (CMRE) has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.28 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2014, payable on November 5, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of trading of the Company's common stock on the New York Stock Exchange on October 22, 2014.
And, Compass Diversified Holdings (CODI) has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.36 per share. The distribution for the three months ended September 30, 2014 is payable on October 30, 2014 to all holders of record as of October 23, 2014.
