Regency Energy Partners (RGP) announced a $0.0125 increase in its cash distribution to $0.5025 per outstanding common unit for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014. This represents a 7 percent increase over Regency's third quarter 2013 cash distribution. The distribution will be paid on November 14, 2014, to unitholders of record at the close of business on November 7, 2014.

Access Midstream Partners (ACMP) declared a cash distribution of $0.615 per Common Unit for the 2014 third quarter. The third quarter cash distribution represents an increase of $0.08, or 15.0%, compared to the 2013 third quarter and represents an increase of $0.02, or 3.4%, compared to the 2014 second quarter. The distribution will be payable on November 14, 2014 to all unitholders of record at the close of business on November 7, 2014.

Brixmor Property Group (BRX) declared and increased 12.5% the Company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.225 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2014. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2015 to stockholders of record on January 6, 2015, representing an ex-dividend date of January 2, 2015.
