Wynn Resorts has approved a new quarterly cash dividend of $1.50 per common share, a 20% increase from its previous regular dividend. The Company has also approved an additional cash dividend of $1.00 per share. The total dividend of $2.50 per share will be payable on November 25, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 12, 2014.

Kimco declared and increased the company's quarterly cash dividend 6.7% to $0.24 per common share payable on January 15, 2015, to shareholders of record on January 2, 2015, representing an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2014.

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) has declared an increased quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share, a 6% increase from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.18. The dividend will be payable December 31, 2014, to stockholders of record as of December 17, 2014.

DCP Midstream Partners, LP (DPM) declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.77 per common unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2014, or $3.08 per unit on an annualized basis. This represents an increase of 1.7 percent over the last quarterly distribution of $0.7575 per unit paid on August 14, 2014 and a 6.9 percent increase over the $0.72 per unit distribution paid with respect to the third quarter of 2013. This quarterly cash distribution will be paid November 14, 2014, to unitholders of record at the close of business November 7, 2014 and will be the 16th consecutive quarterly distribution increase.

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.25 per share, a nine percent increase from the $0.23 per share payment made in June 2014. The dividend payment will be made on December 15, 2014, to investors of record at the close of business on November 14, 2014.

And, Wells Fargo & Company (WFC) announced a quarterly common stock dividend of $.35 per share. The dividend is payable December 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 7, 2014, as approved today by the Wells Fargo board of directors. Wells Fargo has approximately 5.2 billion shares outstanding.
