Friday 9/19 Insider Buying Report: ULTA, GMAN Friday, September 19, 12:20 PM ET
As the saying goes, there are many possible reasons for an insider to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy -- they expect to make money. So let's look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.
On Wednesday, Ulta Salon Cosmetics & Fragrance (ULTA)'s Director, Dennis K. Eck, made a $1.92M buy of ULTA, purchasing 16,000 shares at a cost of $119.69 each. Ulta Salon Cosmetics & Fragrance is trading up about 1.7% on the day Friday.
And on Thursday, Director, President, CEO and Secretary Andrew T. Hall bought $337,882 worth of Gordmans Stores (GMAN), buying 100,000 shares at a cost of $3.38 each. This buy marks the first one filed by Hall in the past year. Gordmans Stores is trading up about 6.1% on the day Friday.
