Abbott (ABT) declared a quarterly common dividend of 22 cents per share. The cash dividend is payable Nov. 15, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 15, 2014.

The TJX Companies (TJX) announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $.175 per share payable December 4, 2014, to shareholders of record on November 13, 2014.
