CLARCOR (CLC) resolved to increase the company's regular quarterly dividend by approximately 18%, from $0.17 per share of common stock to $0.20 per share of common stock. The Board further resolved to pay the new $0.20 per share dividend on Friday, October 17, 2014 to shareholders of record on October 10, 2014.
Acuity Brands (AYI) declared a quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share. The dividend is payable on November 3, 2014 to shareholders of record on October 17, 2014.
Morningstar (MORN) declared a quarterly dividend of 17 cents per share. The dividend is payable Oct. 31, 2014 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 10, 2014.
Atlas Resource Partners (ARP) declared its monthly distribution for the month of August 2014 of $0.1966 per common unit. The August 2014 distribution is payable Wednesday, October 15, 2014 to holders of record as of Tuesday, October 7, 2014.
And, QR Energy (QRE) has approved a cash distribution of $0.1625 per unit for all outstanding units. This payment is the first of three monthly installments attributable to the third quarter of 2014 and represents an annualized distribution of $1.95 per unit. The distribution will be payable on October 15, 2014 to unitholders of record at the close of business on October 9, 2014.
