XLF, JUNR: Big ETF Inflows Thursday, August 28, 11:44 AM ET
Comparing units outstanding versus one week ago at the coverage universe of ETFs at ETF Channel, the biggest inflow was seen in the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLF), which added 26,850,000 units, or a 3.5% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of XLF, in morning trading today Wells Fargo & Company (WFC) is down about 0.5%, and Berkshire Hathaway Class B (BRK.B) is lower by about 0.3%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest increase in inflows was the Junior Miners ETF (JUNR), which added 100,000 units, for a 30.0% increase in outstanding units. Among the largest underlying components of JUNR, in morning trading today Allied Nevada Gold (ANV) is up about 1%, and Alpha Natural Resources (ANR) is lower by about 2.1%.
