Motorola Solutions (MSI) has increased its regular quarterly dividend by 10 percent to 34 cents per share. The next quarterly dividend will be payable in cash on Oct. 15, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 15, 2014.

EMC Corporation (EMC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.115 per common share. The dividend will be payable on October 23, 2014 to shareholders of record on October 1, 2014.

HCP (HCP) declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $0.545 per share. The dividend will be paid on August 26, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 11, 2014.

Health Care REIT (HCN) declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 of $0.795 per share. The dividend will be the company's 173rd consecutive quarterly payment, payable August 20, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 11, 2014.

Zoetis (ZTS) declared a third quarter dividend payable to holders of the company's common stock of $0.072 per share. The dividend is to be paid on Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2014, to holders of record on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014.

Starwood declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, payable on September 26, 2014 to stockholders of record on September 5, 2014. The Board also today declared a special dividend of $0.65 per share, payable on September 26, 2014 to stockholders of record on September 5, 2014.

And, Tyson Foods (TSN) declared the quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share on Class A common stock and $0.0675 per share on Class B common stock, payable on December 15, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2014.
