Northrop Grumman (NOC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.70 per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, payable Sept. 17, 2014, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Sept. 2, 2014.

M&T Bank (MTB) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.70 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable September 30, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 2, 2014.

Xcel Energy (XEL) declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 30 cents per share. The dividends are payable October 20, 2014, to shareholders of record on September 18, 2014.

Nordstrom (JWN) approved a quarterly dividend of 33 cents per share payable on September 17, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 2, 2014.
