Harris Corporation (HRS) has increased the quarterly cash dividend by 12 percent from 42 cents per share to 47 cents per share and declared a quarterly cash dividend of 47 cents per share, payable Sept. 23, 2014, to shareholders of record Sept. 9, 2014. The annualized cash dividend will increase from $1.68 per share to $1.88 per share.

Zimmer Holdings (ZMH) has approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend to stockholders for the third quarter of 2014. The cash dividend of $0.22 per share will be paid on or about October 31, 2014, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 26, 2014.

Signet Jewelers (SIG) has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per Signet Common Share payable on November 25, 2014 to record holders of Signet Common Shares on October 31, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 29, 2014.

Xylem (XYL) declared a third quarter dividend of $0.1280 per share payable on September 24, 2014 to shareholders of record as of September 10, 2014.

DSW approved a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.1875 per share. The dividend will be paid on September 30, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 19, 2014.

Atlas Resource Partners (ARP) declared its monthly distribution for the month of July 2014 of $0.1966 per common unit. The July 2014 distribution is payable Friday, September 12, 2014 to holders of record as of Thursday, September 4, 2014.

And, Movado Group (MOV) approved the payment on September 19, 2014 of a cash dividend in the amount of $0.10 for each share of the Company's outstanding common stock and class A common stock held by shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 5, 2014.
