Wells Fargo & Company (WFC) announced a quarterly common stock dividend of $.35 per share. The dividend is payable September 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 8, 2014, as approved today by the Wells Fargo board of directors.

American Express Company (AXP) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.26 per common share, payable on November 10, 2014 to shareholders of record on October 3, 2014.

Praxair (PX) has declared a quarterly dividend of 65 cents per share, unchanged from the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on September 8, 2014.

Noble Energy (NBL) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 18 cents per common share payable on August 18, 2014 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on August 4, 2014.

Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation (COG) declared a regular dividend of two cents ($0.02) per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid August 14, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business August 5, 2014.

Simon Property Group declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $1.30 per share. This is a year-over-year increase of 13%. The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2014 to stockholders of record on August 15, 2014.

And, Stanley Black & Decker (SWK) approved a $0.02 increase of its quarterly cash dividend to $0.52 per common share. This marks the 47th consecutive annual dividend increase for the company. The dividend is payable on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Friday, September 5, 2014.
