Chico's FAS announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share of its common stock, a 36% increase over the dividend rate from September 2013. The dividend is payable on September 29, 2014 to Chico's FAS shareholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2014.

PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust (PMT) declared a cash dividend of $0.59 per common share of beneficial interest for the second quarter of 2014. This dividend will be paid on July 30, 2014 to common shareholders of record as of July 15, 2014.

Shaw Communications announced that its Board of Directors has declared monthly dividends of $0.091667 on the Class B Non-Voting Participating Shares and $0.091458 on the Class A Participating Shares, payable on each of September 29, October 30 and November 27, 2014 to holders of record at the close of business on September 15, October 15 and November 14, 2014, respectively.

QR Energy, LP has approved a cash distribution of $0.1625 per unit for all outstanding units. This payment is the first of three monthly installments attributable to the second quarter of 2014 and represents an annualized distribution of $1.95 per unit. The distribution will be payable on July 15, 2014 to unitholders of record at the close of business on July 9, 2014.

And, Zep declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 cents per common share. The dividend is payable August 1, 2014 to stockholders of record on July 18, 2014.
