Medtronic (MDT) approved a 9 percent increase in its cash dividend, raising the quarterly amount to $0.305 per share of the company's common stock, which would result in an annual amount of $1.22 per share. This dividend increase brings the company's current dividend yield to 2 percent and expected fiscal year 2015 dividend payout ratio to approximately 30 percent. Today's announcement marks the company's 37th consecutive year of increased dividend payments. The dividend is payable on July 25, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 3, 2014.
Crescent Point Energy (CPG) confirms that the dividend to be paid on July 15, 2014, in respect of June 2014 production, for shareholders of record on June 30, 2014, will be CDN $0.23 per share.
Signet Jewelers (SIG) has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per Signet Common Share payable on August 27, 2014 to record holders of Signet Common Shares on August 1, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 30, 2014.
Kite Realty Group Trust (KRG) declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.065 per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 to shareholders of record as of June 24, 2014. This distribution will be paid on or about July 1, 2014.
Vermilion Energy (VET) announced a cash dividend of $0.215 CDN per share payable on July 15, 2014 to all shareholders of record on June 30, 2014. The ex-dividend date for this payment is June 26, 2014.
And, Alexandria Real Estate Equities (ARE) declared a quarterly cash dividend of 72 cents per common share for the second quarter of 2014. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2014.
