Bank of America declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on Bank of America common stock of $0.01 per share, payable June 30 to shareholders of record as of June 24.

Franklin Resources (BEN) announced a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.12 per share payable on July 11, 2014 to stockholders of record holding shares of common stock at the close of business on June 30, 2014. The quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share is equivalent to the dividend paid for the prior quarter and represents a 24% increase over the quarterly dividend paid for the same quarter last year.

PG&E Corporation (PCG) declared its second quarter 2014 regular cash dividend of 45.5 cents per share on the Corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2014.

T. Rowe Price Group (TROW) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share payable September 29, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2014.

Roper Industries (ROP) has approved a dividend of $0.20 per share payable on July 25, 2014 to stockholders of record on July 11, 2014.

And, Pinnacle West Capital (PNW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5675 per share of common stock, payable on September 2, 2014, to shareholders of record on August 1, 2014.
