Northern Trust Corporation, holding company of The Northern Trust Company, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share on its common stock, an increase of $0.02 per share from the $0.31 declared on January 21, 2014. The dividend is payable on July 1, 2014 to stockholders of record on June 6, 2014.

First Republic Bank (FRC) announced an increase in its quarterly cash dividend for the first quarter to $0.14 per share of common stock, which is payable on May 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of May 1, 2014.

Targa Resources announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 64.75 cents per share, or $2.59 per common share on an annualized basis, for the first quarter 2014. The approved dividend represents increases of approximately 7% over the previous quarter's dividend and 31% over the dividend for the first quarter 2013. This cash dividend will be paid May 16, 2014 on all outstanding common shares to holders of record as of the close of business on April 28, 2014.

Baytex Energy (BTE) reports that a cash dividend of $0.22 per common share in respect of April operations will be paid on May 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on April 30, 2014. The ex-dividend date is April 28, 2014.
