Aon (AON) authorized a 43% increase to its annual cash dividend paid quarterly on Aon's outstanding Class A Ordinary Shares. Consistent with the increase in the dividend, the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on outstanding Class A Ordinary Shares, reflecting a 43% increase from $0.175 per share. The dividend is payable May 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on May 1, 2014.
J. M. Smucker Company (SJM) declared a $0.58 per share dividend on the common shares of the Company to be paid on Monday, June 2, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, May 16, 2014.
The Unum Group (UNM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share on its common stock to be paid on May 16, 2014, to stockholders of record on April 28, 2014.
The Board of Directors of CMS Energy has declared a quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend for the common stock is 27 cents per share. It is payable May 30, 2014 to shareholders of record on May 2, 2014.
