Tuesday 6/12 Insider Buying Report: MDRX, TLYS Tuesday, June 12, 2:59 PM ET
As the saying goes, there are many possible reasons for an insider to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy -- they expect to make money. So let's look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.
On Thursday, Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (MDRX)'s Director, Paul Black, made a $99,882 buy of MDRX, purchasing 9,130 shares at a cost of $10.94 a piece. Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is trading up about 1.3% on the day Tuesday.
And on Friday, Director Bernard Zeichner bought $70,800 worth of Tillys Incorporated (TLYS), buying 5,000 shares at a cost of $14.16 a piece. This purchase marks the first one filed by Zeichner in the past twelve months. Tillys Incorporated is trading up about 3% on the day Tuesday. So far Zeichner is in the green, up about 6.3% on their purchase based on today's trading high of $15.05.
