This morning, Barclays upgraded shares of Express Scripts (ESRX) from equal weight to overweight as the firm has high expectations for the current quarter. With the upgrade, Barclays raised its 2011 EPS estimates to $6.32 per share and boosted its price target to $132.

Shares of Express Scripts were trading higher on the news, up more than 1% so far.

Sterne Agee initiated coverage on shares of Intel (INTC) with a buy rating as server sales and higher margins should push earnings higher. With the buy rating, Sterne Agee set a price target of $28 per share.

In morning trading, shares of Intel were basically flat on the news, up just a penny.

And Citibank initiated coverage on shares of Oracle (ORCL) with a buy rating on the belief that software margins can be expanded further. With the buy rating, Citibank set a price target of $32 per share.

Shares of Oracle were trading lower, despite the buy rating, off about 0.2% this morning.
